REFUNDS & RETURNS

A & S Ventures LLC (DBA HilariousGift.com) RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We thank you for your purchase, and we hope you are very happy with your transaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for refund,  store credit, or an exchange less our original shipping costs. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the initial delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

If the wrong item is received, or an item is received in damaged condition, we will send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund for the full item value including the shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@hilariousgift.com with a brief description of the return reason and if you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange. If the item is broken or the wrong item was received, please send pictures with your email. We will reply within 48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, be sure to include it in the package or write it on the box. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the reason for return is a damaged item or the wrong item is received. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

If the wrong item is received, or an item is received in damaged condition we will provide a pre-paid shipping return label and/or send a replacement or issue store credit for the full item value once the return is verified.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

HilariousGift.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

HilariousGift.com will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of our actual shipping costs.

Warranty Returns

HilariousGift.com will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect HilariousGift.com to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Credits & Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

In the event that an exchange is requested by the customer but not possible, then we will issue refund or store credit for the full value.

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made a mistake in the manufacturing such as a spelling error on our part.
